Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager/Store Leader you are responsible for supporting the Multi-Unit or General Manager in operating a Clean Juice location. These responsibilities include: creating a premium guest experience, assist with managing COGS and Labor management, implementing the scheduling/ensuring shifts are covered, bank deposit runs, team development and retention, assign daily cleans, ensure all products are available to sell, assist in local marketing or off promise event when needed, and in store marketing by promoting our rewards program, sampling, guest experience, product knowledge, upselling, etc. Additionally, you are responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive store culture while building a pipeline of inspired team members to grow within our brand. Above all, you must intimately understand that our guests are the foundation of our business and our Juiceristas are the heartbeat!

Employee Management:
- Supervise Staff
- Monitor employee training and development through our online training program, ensure all employees are up-to-date on latest initiatives
- Help achieve the to the labor percentage goal by monitoring & making daily labor cuts when necessary
- Assist with conducting daily pre-shift and participate in monthly staff meetings to ensure operational efficiency in your store, and to build morale
Facility and Operational Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing COGS, minimize waste through proper training, portion control, inventory management
- Assist in checking accuracy of deliveries and hold vendors accountable to quality standards
- Monitor your store, taking appropriate action to ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Ensure the facility and all equipment are maintained to company standards regarding cleanliness and regular maintenance
- Obtain ServSafe certification, practice proper food safety, and hold employees to the same standard
- Maintain a high standard of quality hygiene, health, and safety in your store
Qualifications*:
- Possess basic math skills
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Willingness to work with heavy machinery
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and very frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior management experience preferred
- Once hired, you must pass the Clean Juice University training program
