- Leads the team and oversees store operations in absence of the General Manager.
- Assist with coaching and training team members daily and welcomes learning, coaching and personal growth.
- Assists with ordering and administrative tasks to ensure our stores are stocked with the products our customers want and need.
- Embraces our mission to refuel and refresh communities.
- Shares our values of integrity, community, teamwork, service, pioneering and excellence
- High School Education and 1 year of experience in retail general management; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in retail/convenience store industry preferred.
- Class E driver’s license;
- Responsible Vendor Certification within 45 days of hire;
- Food Safety Certification preferred.
