European Wax Center in Arundel Mills/Hanover is looking for a sensational Assistant Manager with an amazing personality and positive attitude who is committed to excellence and looking to grow our center.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to love a fast-paced environment, have a passion for strong customer service, sales, and be results driven. The Assistant Manager is responsible for creating brand loyalty and providing a memorable and inviting experience for each guest. This includes but is not limited to; leading and coaching a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and center cleanliness.

Previous beauty and salon industry experience preferred.

• Full time position able to work nights and weekends
• Maintains the center's organization, appearance, and cleanliness
• Communicates effectively with staff and senior management
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop a successful team
• Ability to monitor inventory efficiently
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues
• Ability to achieve results through others
• Guest Service: Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guests remain the top priority
• Store Operations and Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow-up on all store activities and staff evaluations; meeting center Key Performance Indicators to grow the business
• Leadership: Proven ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the established team, while building a strong and positive culture
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
