Assistant Manager

• Answer customer's questions about the menu and provide food recommendations
• Take orders accurately and relay special requests to the kitchen staff
• Prepare food items such as onion rings and lime juice
• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of tables and dining areas

Requirements:

• Outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated individuals
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Basic math skills to calculate change and prepare reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
