We're looking for a talented, innovative individual to take our Assistant Manager position. Looking for someone who is capable of helping and interacting with customers and has previous retail experience. Does not need bicycling industry experience but would like someone with fitness experience or sporting goods experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing multiple teams of employees while upholding company policies, and will be responsible for overseeing inventory, employee scheduling and inventory. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in retail management, a bachelor's degree in business management or a relevant field and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with customers, employees and fellow managers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise employees.
• Retain employees.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Manage customers to maximize revenue.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve company efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
