We are looking for great people to join our new Holistic Leadership program. This means you get to have the work-life balance you've been looking for.
The pay scale varies from $22.00-$26.00 per hour! We want to provide you with a good work-life balance. Leaders are expected to work a 45-hour work week, or less depending on your needs. We want you to have the time to spend with your friends and family doing the things you love, while also making good money.
Here are some of the benefits of our program:
Work a minimum of 20 hours in a leadership (Management) role, or more.- You are included in the MONTHLY bonus structure.
- Supplement hours in other roles in the restaurant if you're not interested in full-time management.
