Job description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes ensuring quality guest service, flawless execution, creating a positive work environment and team morale.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring proper staffing levels, recording and replacing call-offs.

Assist in the interviewing and hiring process.

Coordinate, facilitate and follow-up with FOH and BOH training.

FOH Reviews

Participate in monthly meeting.

Develop strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.

Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are met.

Following all policies and cleanliness standards.
