Job Title: Assistant Studio Manager

Reports To: General Studio Manager

Function: Assists Studio Director in principle duties and oversees eyelash studio management duties.

We are currently seeking a talented candidate to serve as Assistant Studio Manager for our growing family at Amazing Lash Studio.

Principle Duties for Assistant Studio Manager:

• Assists Studio Director in principle duties and oversees studio management duties

• Consistently creates a friendly environment for our guests by greeting and assisting: as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs

• Demonstrates desired behavior for staff including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, retail sales, member retention, staff interaction, and follow-up with guests.

• Provides strong leadership presence

• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards

• Achieve 30% or higher studio membership closing

• Answers incoming phone calls

• Assists Studio Director in identifying training needs and providing ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed

• Assists Studio Director with coaching and training Lash Consultants and Stylists on the sales and operations process

• Assists in managing Lash Consultants and Lash Stylists staff and schedules

• Balance sales detail report and make daily deposits

• Keeps track and documents inventory and order supplies

• Coordinates with Franchise Owner/Studio Director on marketing efforts for new prospects

• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio

Experience required for Assistant Studio Manager:

• Management and sales experience required

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personal and external customers

• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills

• Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week

• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Competent trainer and motivator

• Previous knowledge of Mind body software a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
