Looking for a Care Manager who has leadership capabilities and has compassion for seniors. We are a well-established growing Home Care, Palliative and Hospice agency that has the utmost respect for our team members and their choices. We have been in the Valley since 2002 and are growing.

This position would be working in our Scottsdale office Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 5:00p. Knowing our business runs 24/7/365 you will also be responsible for helping with some on-call hours every other weekend rotating with the team. You will be one of the leaders on our team and should be willing to help with a field shift if there is an emergency.. We are really looking for a person who has excellent phone skills, computer skills and a positive attitude for teams success. Our company offers a continuum of care and we work as one team to help our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• *Support Leadership of Caregivers
• Managing the Recruiting Process for Caregivers
• Leading on boarding and field training

• * Office support
• In coming calls from client, potential clients, families and business partners
• Communication as a leader to the field team, office and management
• Daily tasks needed for office - ie, filing, etc

• *Creating Partnerships and Awareness
• Leading social media marketing efforts
• Working with business partners for idea sharing and collaboration
