Job Title: Assistant Bookkeeper

Work start and end time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with 30-minute lunch

Pay Scale: $20/hr to $22/hr DOE

Position Summary: The team member will be responsible to work closely with the team Bookkeeper daily. They will be able to stay organized and manage multiple bookkeeping aspects throughout the day. They will be able to perform backup CSR duties as needed by their team. They are able to attend training as scheduled for the Call-Center team as scheduled by their manager.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• HVAC Experience is preferred
• Honesty and integrity
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathy
• Critical Thinker and Problem solver
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Adept learner
• Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
