Position Summary:
Orchid Underwriters Agency, LLC (Orchid) is currently looking for an Assistant Account Manager. Orchid High Net Worth is a niche wholesaler who focuses on providing access to affluent personal lines coverage in both the admitted and non-admitted markets. The primary responsibility of the High Net Worth (HNW) Assistant Account Manager is to work closely with and assist our High Net Worth Account Managers with managing and processing their books of business. This can include answering broker questions and processing changes with the carriers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process endorsements and cancellations per agency partners requests.
- Respond to agency partners on claims and billing issues, contacting carrier partners for additional information if needed.
- Answer HNW phone queue as needed.
- Respond to regularly occurring requests for information from agency partners and carriers.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of insurance experience.
- P&C license preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Passion to remove obstacles and get any job done.
- Possess a professional demeanor in a fast-paced production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
- Must be team oriented.
- Must be results oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
