Eyas Hospitality Group has acquired Subway restaurants in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and continues to grow and expand.
Eyas Hospitality Group offers a unique opportunity for an Area Manager candidate to manage multiple Subway® fast-food locations in the Charleston, SC/Charlotte market. The Area Manager will ensure all people, processes and operational activities are managed and met. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, adopt a hands-on approach, be a leader, motivator, and have proven financial results.

Responsibilities (include, but may not be limited to):
Profitability
- Works with staff to achieve sales goals, using available reports to identify opportunities.
- Financial reporting and/or P&L experience
- Develop business plans and strategies to align with company forecasts and goals.
Guests
- Ensure all locations deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Build a team of talented and customer-friendly staff at all locations.
People
- Ultimately responsible for staffing, retention and development of staff for business area
- Lead, train, motivate and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain staffing levels for managers and assistant managers.
- Lead regional teams toward further operational and financial success.
- Support the company culture by maintaining a positive work environment.
- Exceptional team building capability.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information
- Ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion.
Operations
- Closely monitor the efficiency of business operations as well as monitor and reinforce food safety.
- Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, cash, sales and labor audits.
- Available to jump-in and cover shifts during staffing shortages.
- Ensures standards are enforced and met, monitors operational programs, processes, and metrics to resolve operational challenges.
- Adherence to legal guidelines and local, state, and federal laws
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
- Great decision-making skills: Ask questions and take quick action. Anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action.
- Prior experience managing multiple locations towards maximum productivity.
- A solid understanding of sales, labor and food cost
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-up
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations.
