Join us for an opportunity to Advance and Grow within EMS in Indianapolis, IN and the surrounding area.

Janitorial Area Manager Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain business relationship with employees and customer contacts by daily/weekly visits to assigned buildings
• Filling in as necessary for missing cleaners as needed or get area covered by Supervisor/Floater
• Process paperwork to discipline/reward employees appropriately
• Attending mandatory meetings
• Fill in for Managers when needed
• Deliver paychecks and pickup timesheets as needed
• Perform floor work as needed i.e., Strip/wax, carpet
• Perform quality audits in assigned buildings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Lifting, pushing, pulling 25lbs or more as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen at time of job offer

Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm Occasional Weekend work

Will have access to company van and gas card Or if f driving own vehicle will have a car allowance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
