Job Purpose:

The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and profitability of a designated area. They will work closely with the regional manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the effective management of resources.

Our organization is looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores in the assigned area, providing guidance and support to store managers and staff, and ensuring that all stores are meeting their financial goals. The Area Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction, as well as monitoring store performance and providing feedback to store managers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,093.00 - $66,784.00 per year
