Our company is currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer who will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive, up-to-date design and construction plans in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with a strong background designing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate should also have experience creating building plans using AutoCAD and be proficient in 3D modeling, rendering, and have knowledge of software used to model landscapes and hardscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Design spaces for people to live, work, or play in.
• Assess the viability of design concepts.
• Create drawings and renderings of design concepts.
• Must possess a working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and property law.
• Weigh the practicality of designs against the costs and benefits of any regulation or law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
