Duties and Responsibilities

 Assist the Department Manager with merchandising the department by following corporate guidelines.

 Assist in completing price changes on time.

 Open and close the store (if required by the Store Manager).

 Ensure that the entire department is clean, faced and straight at all times.

 Ensure that the work bench and shop areas are neat and organized.

 Work on/with archery equipment.

 Complete monthly string inventories.

 Place special orders and communicate with buyer regarding ordering necessary parts.

 Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication is required as well as the ability to work well with the customers and coworkers

Knowledge pertaining to Archery and Bows

Physical Requirements

This position involves a variety of physical activities including: talking, listening, sitting, standing for multiple hours, and repetitive motions. Some heavy lifting may be required.

Travel Requirements

This position does not require travel.
