APRN– Primary Care Physician’s Office

Overview

Weare searching for an experienced APRN towork closely with our primary care physicians and care delivery team to providecomprehensive primary care services to our patients. This includes officevisits for both preventative care visits, acute illness, as well as themanagement of chronic diseases. The APRNwill also be manage orders, interpretation of diagnostic testing andlaboratories, coordination and referral to specialists and other carefacilities, review of clinical documentation from other care teams, and otherduties as assigned.

Our internalmedicine and family practice primary care physicians and APRNs treat youngadults to seniors. Our services include preventive care, as well as thetreatment and management of acute illness and chronic conditions.

Job Requirements, Responsibilities and Experience:

· Experience with the evaluation and management of both new and established patients, documentation and compliance with regulatory standards is required.

· Ability to prioritize and organize tasks with attention to detail.

· Experience with capture of quality performance measures and cost efficiencies as mandated by Medicare ACOs, Medicare Advantage and commercial plans.

· Minimum 2 years clinical experience.

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment, flexibility, initiative and ability to use critical thinking skills to problem solve.

· Prior experience with diverse mix of patient conditions and backgrounds.

· Current unrestricted Florida license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and board certification.

· Working knowledge of and facility with an EHR.

· Experience working in a full-risk Medicare Advantage practice is a plus.

Compensation

· Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Full benefits package.
