Kelly Electrical Services, Inc. is looking to hire Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians to join our family-owned business of 25 years for commercial electrical projects. Position responsibilities include:

Journeyman:

• Install of new electrical systems
• Servicing of existing electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and investigate electrical systems
• Plan and design electrical systems
• Conduit installation
• Switch gear installation
• Lighting and lighting control installation
• Must be able to complete service calls and small projects
• Must be able to work independently as well as with an apprentice

Apprentice:

• Assisting journeyman with electrical projects
• Digging, pipe-bending and wire pulling
• Other electrical tasks

Position requirements:

• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs. and to reach, bend and stoop regularly
• Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Must have your own hand tools
• Must be able to work a 40-hour work week of 8-10 hour shifts Monday through Friday with overtime as needed
• Evening and night work may occasionally be required
• Journeyman must be able to work on a rotating on-call basis as we are a 24/7 service provider
• Previous service work experience preferred

Kelly Electrical Services, Inc. offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package including 7 paid holidays and vacation pay after 90 days of employment, medical/dental insurance and weekly pay via direct deposit. Uniforms and a company-owned van are provided and tuition reimbursement for IEC is available.

Starting pay for a first-year Apprentice is $20/hour and the Journeyman top range is $37/hour.
