Job Summary:
Encor is building out our Inside Appointment Setting team and we are looking for energetic team members to come on board. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.
Requirements:Duties/Responsibilities:
- Report and work daily out of our HQ in Lehi, UT
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead calls, emails, and text messaging.
- Provide technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers.
- Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.
- Provide customers with information, such as quotes, orders, sales, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.
- Qualify, convert and follow the current process for scheduling appointments for outside sales teams.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Complete daily confirmations, and follow-up communication with outside reps when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Credentials and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proven inside sales experience
- Solar experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to sit, type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time.
