Outside Solar Appointment Setter Job Description (Door-to-Door)

Dynamic SLR is immediately hiring a Solar Sales Appointment Setter to join our team. We are ranked as one of the largest 5-Star Residential Solar Providers in Texas!

You will work with homeowners to schedule appointments for our professional Sales Representatives. Your responsibility is NOT to close sales but only to go door-to-door and find interested customers. There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed.

Compensation:

Pay is Weekly Base Pay + Commission Plan + Bonus + Company Reward Program. We are open to candidates seeking flexible schedules, either Part-time or Full-time employment, Mondays through Fridays, with Saturday potential as well. Our average appointment sales representatives make around $40/hr. (W/Bonus + Commission) while our top reps make $75/hr. (W/Bonus + Commission). Our average full-time reps make between 70k-100K a year.

Training Pay is: $2100 + Commission

Week 1 = $300 + Commission

Week 2 = $300 + Commission

Week 3 = $300 + Commission

Week 4 = $300 + Commission

Week 5 = $900 + Commission

Compensation Breakdown :

$300 - $1,100 per week* ($300 Base Starting)

$50 per appointment (Unlimited)

$250/KW (For each appointment that closes)

Responsibilities:

• Knock door-to-door (Outside, Direct Sales)
• Set appointments with customers to review their solar proposal
• Help homeowners lower their current power bill

Requirements:

• Previous door-to-door experience is a plus but not required
• Great communication skills
• Physical ability to work on your feet
