Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavior Therapist for in-home -Toms River

• M-F: 4pm-7pm

Behavior Plus Therapies, LLC is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services throughout New Jersey. We are actively looking for enthusiastic, caring, and professional ABA therapists to provide services for children with Autism under the guidance of a BCBA. *1099 Contract*

Position Requirements:

• Experience with working with children with Autism, ABA therapy experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience in related field
• A reliable form of transportation
• Must have a working laptop or iPad device to utilize audio/video technology for scheduling sessions and video conferencing

Position Responsibilities:

• The Behavior Therapist is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services that have been designed by the BCBA
• Use the basic principles of Applied Behavior Analysis such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community based environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBAs
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops
• Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times
• Be goal oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects
• Follow the policies and procedures of Behavior Plus Therapies, LLC

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
