What are we looking for in our next new hire?


Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 4 years professional experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
  • Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and Studio. A UiPath developer certification is preferred
  • Basic workflow design skills – including workflow design documents with decision diamonds, decision trees, decision tables, and state trees.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, understanding relational database structures
  • Basic knowledge of debugging methods, understanding testing concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or combination of education and related work experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills working with/resolving both user and technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, or as part of a team, with tight deadlines.

Preferences:

  • Working to Advanced knowledge of string operations, fluency in using regular expressions (regex).
  • Working to Advanced knowledge of REST API workflows and structure
  • Experience with physician healthcare delivery – clinical and/or revenue cycle
  • Experience/exposure to Epic Electronic Medical Records, including current Epic build certifications

What will you do?


Builder/Architect on Robotic Process Automation projects utilizing UiPath. Define, Design, Deploy and Maintain RPA solutions for OSUP workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Working with internal stakeholders to assess potential RPA candidate workflows, assessing potential ROI to ensure that the value proposition is real and sustainable
  • Design, build, validate, implement new RPA workflows, and provide maintenance support for production bots
  • Assessing RPA for stability/consistency and assessing ongoing improvement opportunities on workflows
  • Learning new skills, contributing to a high-performing business at a top-tier medical center
