This position is responsible for implementing and supporting the architecture and design of the Enterprise Integration platform. This individual will also be a key contributing member for support and maintenance of AMC Intranet and Extranet applications.

What you’ll be doing:

• Workflow automation & support using an Enterprise Service Orchestration & Scheduling (Automic, BMC, etc.)
• Support Integration Layer such as Biztalk, EAI
• Application and Infrastructure monitoring and system logging (New Relic), API troubleshooting
• Tier 3 technical production support of end-user system issues
• Manage and support CI/CD pipeline deployments in production environment
• Continuous integration/delivery using tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Octopus, etc.)
• Configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.)
• Implement scripts to automate day to day tasks (PowerShell, Bash, YAML, etc.)
• Querying back-end databases using SQL languages (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL)
• Architecture and functionality of web-based systems
• Administering and troubleshooting Windows Server and IIS and hosted applications
• Rotational 24x7 on-call support

What we need from you:

• 3+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience with workflow and process automation
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to all stakeholders, including those who do not have a technical background
• Ability to gather, sort and analyze data to develop logical conclusions

What we also value (preferred):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism or computer science
• Experience with JavaScript and Node.js
• Experience with RPA and Automation Anywhere
• Possess or has made progress toward receiving Web technology certification
• Experience with Enterprise Applications; Azure Cloud, SharePoint, MIM (FIM), Automic (UC4) and Kubernetes
