Our fast-paced growing company is in need of a professional, driven, and creative individual ready to take on all responsibilities to curate custom apparel/merch web stores for sports teams, clubs, businesses, and more! Our program is a first class solution for custom apparel fundraising as well as employee apparel.

Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service experience, highly motivated, conscious of fashion trends, and will be able to endure many responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Our company is flooded with new and existing customer inquiries daily, so it is important to have proper time management and create a wonderful experience for each customer.

Role Responsibilities*:

• Curate fashionable, trendy, high performing custom apparel web stores for qualifying customers.
• Properly inform customers of the program details, requirements, and benefits.
• Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on program features.
• Knowledge of products and study of trends.
• Qualify customers for the program.

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop client relationships
• Contribute input and strategies to constantly improve and develop this program

Requirements and Skills:

• General understanding of the principles of sales
• Sales and/or Customer Service experience
• Up to date with modern computer skills and/or ability to learn new programs/technology.
• Strong communication skills
• Driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to maintain a consistent, punctual, and reliable schedule.
• Listening and documenting skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance in cooperation with company dress code
• The ability to learn and adjust to new technology and procedures
• Self-driven, goal oriented.
• Excellent time management
• Positive and fluent email, phone, and in-person communication.
• DETAIL oriented to an extreme degree.
