Engineering or relevant equivalent experience preferred. 8+ years of software development experience in a software companyo Experience in a gaming company is preferred Strong knowledge in node.JS, Angular, TypeScript, RestAPI's, HTML5, and CSS is requiredo C#/.NET experience is a plus We are looking for a senior developer who understands architecture and can design the system as well. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (2.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Additional requirement :

This is a hands-on development role with the potential to manage the team down the line. As this is the first US hire for this FinTech solution, there is nobody to manage right now. There are contractors working on this solution and we are hoping to grow this team more in the coming months.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, hands-on development, and product support.
- Be a part of architecting this solution!
- Be involved in daily standup scrum meetings, coordinate projects with teams in Europe and Asia, connect with the business team on requirements and support matters, meet with leadership on status updates weekly.
- You will be the liaison between the product management team and the development team, ensuring all requirements are met and exceeded.
