Casa Nela is looking for an experienced prep cooks with a passion for hospitality to join our culinary team at ROSEMARY'S in the West and East Village. Individuals must be highly reliable as this position can start as early as 4am!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Baking experience a plus
- Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards
- Availability to work weekends, nights, brunch, and some holidays as needed
- Positive attitude; a team player that's willing to work as a team to provide the best possible guest experience every time!
