Essential Functions

• Coordinate Triagers to ensure operations run efficiently
• Triage both real and simulated disengagement events
• Understand and stay updated on operational constraints
• Communicate clearly with team leaders in identifying potential problems.
• Create trouble tickets for issues as they arise.
• Report on team metrics as required.
• Provide feedback/mentoring to the Kett triage team.
• Champion safety and quality and develop a heightened safety culture awareness.
• Perform all duties of Triage when needed.
• Complete weekly administrative tasks
• Perform various additional duties assigned as needed

• Approximately 90% time will be spent triaging.

Skills/Experience

• Polished verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience managing the work of others is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Mac and iOS products is preferred.
• Sound troubleshooting skills to determine causes of unexpected issues.
• Experiences working with autonomous vehicle mission, annotation or curation data is preferred.
• Maintain composure during unexpected disruptions and frequent changes.
• Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and time constraints.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and accurate.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but may consider prior work experience in related field.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required at minimum.

Physical Requirments

• Must be able to sit in a vehicle for as many as 6 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Job requires sitting, standing, and bending for approximately 6-8 hours on a daily basis.
• Must be flexible and able to perform numerous tasks as requested.
• Must be flexible to work overtime and hours above and beyond normal scheduled hours as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and, where applicable, a physical.
