LIM Group is currently looking for an after-sales service coordinator in Wellington, Florida, to join our performing workshop team.

What you will be doing...

After being trained and directly reporting to the manager, you will oversee:

• Coordinating the incoming and outcoming flow of the US and Canadian repair saddles
• Doing quotes, taking payment for repairs
• Scheduling repairs – managing repair appointments according to the workshop capacities
• Ordering parts – receiving parts – coordinating with customers and production factory
• Other tasks : answering customer questions, creating shipping labels …

Job Requirement:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred – whether it was an in person or remote position.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and a multitasking profile are strong assets to thrive in this position!
• Fully written and spoken French is a plus, as well as having experience in the equestrian world.

• Strong communication skills, over phone and through email
• Detailed with strong organizational skills
• Problem solver, with an ability to react quickly in a fast pace work environment
• Good sense of analysis, able to have an independent judgment while following defined guidelines
• Good computer skills: comfortable with handling different tools

Working conditions:

• Sitting – but in constant communication with other department
• Some tasks (reception of parts, checking repairs, getting saddles ready) will require moving

Full-time: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm

Salary: To be determined according to the level of work experience.
