Tree Trails Adventures is seeking a positive, flexible, and hard-working team leader for their new park just north of Philadelphia in Feasterville Trevose, PA. Prior experience in a management role and in adventure park operations required. Must be self-driven in promoting safety, a positive workplace, and superior customer service. Responsible for running daily operations, overseeing 30-40 employees; responsible for inventory control, cash management, marketing, and reporting. Coordinates and supervises team training, inspections, maintenance and repairs. Reports to Regional Manager and Company Principals. Full-time, year-round position.
