Job description
Advancement Services Coordinator
Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy

Organizational Overview
Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy, located on 100 acres of wooded land minutes away from Auburn Hills in Pontiac, Mich., is a Catholic, college-preparatory day school for 1,000 students across three academic divisions: lower (grades PreK-5), middle (grades 6-8) and upper (9-12).

In 1994, Cardinal Adam Maida, the Archbishop of Detroit, invited the Marist Fathers and Brothers to sponsor a school in Oakland County because of its work at Notre Dame High School in Harper Woods. Pontiac Catholic High School had its own proud history for over 50 years before its enrollment declined like many Catholic schools across the country. The Marists renamed it Notre Dame Preparatory School.

Today, the Notre Dame Alumni Association boasts 12,000 graduates from Notre Dame Preparatory School and five heritage schools, including Notre Dame High School, Pontiac Catholic High School, and others.
