Job Highlights

• Interact with clients via telephone or online chats while learning new technologies and processes
• Navigate multiple computer systems while working with the client
• Listen to clients to understand which products and services are best suited for their unique needs while providing exceptional service
• Collaborate with a team of professional sales specialists and managers in a call center environment.

Candidate Profile

• Interested in the banking & finance industry
• At least one year of sales experience with cross-selling, upselling, or referring products required
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred
• Must have prior experience working in call center and team environments delivering a great customer experience
