At Westmed Summit Health’s Behavioral Health Department we employ high level Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat a wide variety of patient conditions including depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, health anxiety and more. We offer intensive clinical supervision and education to help our clinicians become certified in CBT. We provide both virtual and in-person treatment with a flexible work schedule that includes working from both home and the office.

The newly hired Adult Behavioral Health Clinician/Psychotherapist will treat the full spectrum of emotional disorders including Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Adjustment Conditions, ADHD, as well as the psychological complications associated with medical conditions. They will treat these conditions utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches while working collaboratively with the medical groups referring physicians, APCs and support staff. They will also become part of a supportive and collaborative team of psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and professional counselors working to reduce the emotional suffering of patients while improving their overall health and well-being.

Candidates must have knowledge of evidence-based treatments for common mental disorders, familiarity with brief and structured interventions, and a desire to become skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Education Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree PhD, PsyD, LCSW-R, LCSW , & NY Licensed
• 3-years experience working within an outpatient setting working with adult 18yrs of age and older
• Familiarity working within a medical setting

Pay Range $75,000.00 to $80,000.00

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
