We need to add an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to the team to help support a strong DON with a history of successfully mentoring and positively motivating staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting DON to achieve state and federal regulatory compliance
• Ensuring staff follow established nursing policies and procedures
• Maintaining Quality Assurance standards
• Assisting the DON in identifying & resolving nursing department issues and needs
• Providing additional training/assistance to nursing staff when necessary

Requirements:

• Current WI RN licensure in good standing
• Previous nurse management experience within a long-term care environment is required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required

Compensation for this position is competitive, and based upon prior work experience.
