Position Title: Undergraduate Admissions: Admissions Processing Coordinator
Department: 4010|Undergr Admissions/Recruitment
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the retrieving, receiving, and imaging all admissions documents paper and electronic generated outside of the University.
Process documents as received, official/unofficial status within Banner/Recruit platforms
Scan and upload documents into BDM
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of inter-office and post office mail
Update applicant methods of communication information (physical address, email, phone numbers, etc.)
Repackage returned mail (physical documents)
Process the annual year document purge
Assist with the transfer of information archived in UG Student File in MOE to student records in BDM.
All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
The Coordinator must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience processing admissions documents at a comparable higher education institution. The applicant must have experience utilizing technology with an integrated student information systems to process admissions applications efficiently and effectively. The applicant must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills and a proven commitment to developing collaborative relationships both on and off-campus.
