Surprise Health and Rehabilitation Center is a *5 Star* Skilled Nursing Facility!
We are looking for an Admissions Nurse, this is a Monday to Friday position 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. Some duties may include but are not limited to, imputting orders for all new admits, reviewing charts, completing tasks in an organzied matter to complete a smooth new admit, and working with families and providers.
