Job description
Creates a sense of caring atmosphere as the initial contact for most patients. The clerk interviews patients upon admission, records necessary personal information, and secures required signatures.
Reports to: Patient Financial Services Director
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Minimum Education
High school graduate or GED preferred.

Ability to discuss financial matters in detail over the phone and spending long periods of time on the telephone, speaking to people
