Gilman Healthcare Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at the crossroads of Gilman just off Interstate 57. We are committed to achieving excellence in both nursing and rehabilitative services. Our interdisciplinary approach focuses on functional outcome and successful discharges to the communities of Iroquois, Champaign, Ford, Vermilion, and Kankakee counties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop advertising campaigns, community relationships and direct connection with referral sources
- Foster strategic partnerships with media and other affiliates.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers and social worker’s managers on strategic planning and business development.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a LTC admissions coordinator
- Clinical Background is very helpful
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance payer systems
