Position Summary
Administers learning technology and accompanying systems within CPS Energy. Designs and executes CPS Energy learning technologies strategies. Manages the day to day operation of the SuccessFactors LMS and mobile app. Ensures that all technology and delivery methods are best-in-class and continues to meet the ever-changing business needs. Serves as a subject matter expert in the area of knowledge and learning technology to help the various business units within CPS Energy to enhance the learning productivity for their areas.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Continuously improve training effectiveness by incorporating safety, reliability, and customer service.
- Assists employees with learning technology issues working through the CPS Energy Ticketing system (Cherwell).
- Benchmarks, researches, identifies, and implements best practices for training methods and technology into new and revised training programs.
- Builds and develops a comprehensive companywide strategy for the SuccessFactors LMS, and ensures that these systems are maintained, and easy to use for CPS Energy employees
- Audits compliance training, monitors data integrity, edits data and records to ensure accuracy and prepares reports for CPS Energy management on a timely basis.
- Promotes and drives innovation in the use of e-learning, virtual learning, mobile learning and instructor led training that promotes employee performance throughout their career at CPS Energy.
- Partners with business units and customers to coordinate, develop, and facilitate-if needed, training programs that meet desired business outcomes.
- Partners and collaborates with the various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), training organizations, compliance organizations and other experts within CPS Energy in the continued development in the long-term vision of learning for CPS Energy.
- Troubleshoots any system issues and escalates with EIT technical support to ensure that issues have been resolved.
- Coordinates and maintains the CPS Energy SuccessFactors LMS, by posting and updating course material, training sessions, and other information.
- Collaborates with e-learning developers to create interactive multimedia training applications and learning programs.
- Proactively works with the various training organizations within CPS Energy to identify short term and long-term needs and plan system enhancements accordingly.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- Known for establishing and maintaining constructive and effective work relationships; relating well with individuals at all levels of an organization (internally and externally); using diplomacy and tact; diffusing even high-tension situations comfortably.
- Knowledge or experience using Cherwell application, creating, maintaining, and resolving end user’s technical issues;
- Knowledge of Success Factors Learning Management System, (LMS) and Mobile App.
- Ability to integrate adult learning theory and instruction design methodology (IDM) into a blended mix of technology and methods.
- Working knowledge of web base design, HTML, HTML5, XML, SCORM/AICC, Articulate 360, Audacity, Camtasia, and other instructional design technology.
- Familiar with recognized web usability and accessibility standards, and ensure they are adhered to where appropriate with the SuccessFactors LMS.
- In depth, hands on knowledge of authoring technologies, web design tools and multimedia applications.
- Demonstrated success with driving learning technologies and enterprise on-line training initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing multimedia learning strategies and programs.
- Experience working in a technology-related field
- Experience working with SAP
