Here at the Stiles Company, we are looking to add an Administrative professional to our team, part-time. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task. The position has flexible weekday hours.Core responsibilities
Communicate with customers via email and phone, scheduling appointments, taking messages for our outside technician, reminding customers of upcoming appointments
Type handwritten reports into excel using strong attention to detail
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping, such as invoicing customers
Day to day administrative support
File documents, as needed
