Senior Coordinator – VRP (Vehicle Recovery Program)

As a Senior Coordinator, you will coordinate all scrap vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds and manage all dismantle and out-of-state crush vehicles for CVO (Company Vehicle Operations) vehicle recovery.
Responsibilities include:
- Submit vehicles moves for incoming scrap
- Maintain various spreadsheet for scrap and VRP
- Create physical files for vehicles
- Update vehicle status and location in company vehicles management system
- Supply technicians with work priority
- Create monthly crush list and coordinator vehicle crush
- Assign pricing category based on contracts to dismantle vehicles
- Create bill of sale and send to dismantler
- Obtain titles for vehicles and apply for scrap titles
- Create affidavits for crushed vehicles
- Compile parts lists from plants for bid list
- Award bids and process paperwork
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be a reliable team player
- 1-year customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred
Working Conditions and Physical Demands include:
- This is an office position that requires minimal walking, standing, and lifting. Applicants must be okay with sitting for long periods of time.
