Palmer Hamilton is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator, which we consider a pivotal role in our Manufacturing organization. The optimum candidate should possess the following:

This position plays an important role and assists with ALL departmental functions within our organization. This is a great opportunity for an individual that is interested in establishing themselves in a new career. The interaction between all departments will give the candidate the experience for advancement into other departments based upon their skill level.
You will be supporting the ownership team, sales, marketing, customer service and design with various tasks throughout your day. Never a dull moment! Your tasks could encompass but are not limited to greeting our great customers via phone or in person, maintaining the office aesthetic, report generation, ordering supplies, event coordination, logo facilitation, and of course be an integral part of your Team in meeting their goals.
In addition to the above qualifications, knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite would be great!
Palmer Hamilton's Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales, marketing, customer service, design, and ownership team. In addition, other daily clerical tasks will be the responsibility of the Administrative Coordinator. This position will provide high-quality support by conducting business initiatives for multiple departments. Will handle information requests from senior executives and perform functions such as: greet guests, order entry, email order acknowledgements to customers, assist sales administrator, manage inbound and outbound mail, filing, manage repairs, create monthly shipping reports, create weekly order entry list for Customer Service Manager, and other critical tasks to support the Palmer Hamilton organization.
- Provide support to various departments
- Generate reports
- Order entry with proofing
- Ordering supplies/product
- Sending acknowledgements to customers/dealers
- Manage project artwork/graphics with vendor to ensure on time delivery for production schedules
- Facilitate meetings, Event coordination, book hotels, and dinner reservations
- Answering phone and greeting guests
- Mail – Incoming/Outgoing
- Filing
Position Expectations:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, experience with a CRM is a plus!
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- High School diploma with some college preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team mentality!
