About the Position
We are looking for a professional and friendly team member with the ability to multi-task. This person must be reliable, hardworking, and detail oriented and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
This person will have responsibilities for the overall management of personnel records and files. They will maintain an organized filing workspace to process various related documentation in a timely and accurate manner. The individual will be working with highly confidential information and detailed processes.
Job Responsibilities:
· File records in alphabetical or numerical order
· Maintain employee personnel files according to regulations and Company policy
· Coordinates archival of files in storage facility
· Assists with HR projects and other tasks
· Retrieve files as necessary
· File loose paperwork in appropriate files on a regular basis
· Ensure files that are loaned out are returned timely
· Exercise discretion with confidential information
Position Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· At least one year of previous, comparable administrative office experience required
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of highly privileged information is critical
· Ability to complete a variety of tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines with attention to detail
· Prior use or the ability to quickly learn standard office equipment, including computer, calculator, copier, scanner, and phone is required
· Interpersonal and communication skills will be essential
· Must be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions with little or no supervision
· Organizational skills and a high attention to detail is required
· Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 30 lbs

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
