Primary Duties
- Answer phone and emails throughout the day
- Handle estimate requests
- Maintain workflow organization
- Update client invoices, as needed
- Run customer/client payments for completed jobs
- Complete bank deposits at the end of each day
- Assist with administrative/clerical/organizational duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Prerequisites:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with MS Office, QuickBooks and Excel
- Knowledge of making estimates
- Previous experience in interior design related field a plus
- Previous workroom/upholstery experience a plus
