Looking for a friendly, loyal and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide relevant assistance for a successful local entrepreneur. I founded and manage a 20+ year old national toy company as well as managing an active stock trading portfolio. Position includes organizing, tracking and reporting business and market data related to various types of businesses. Will train you on how to conduct an analysis so you would learn how to be able to analyze the data from our reports to create and provide reports and documents as needed.

Others duties to include: Scheduling, project management, phone/email support, note/ list creation, regular meetings as we track through various projects and tasks to completion. The right candidate for this position should be organized, good with numbers, detail oriented and have a pleasant and positive attitude and outlook.

Min Requirements:
1-2 years admin or assistant experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Min Education Requirement: High School Diploma
Great references

Work location near La Cumbre and the 101- Hope Ranch.

Hours Monday- Friday 9am-3pm.
