The Administrative Assistant for Special Events is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties. S/he is an integral team member to ensure the operations run smoothly. The individual is responsible for creating the schedules & approving timecards for Team Members. In addition, the individual will be the point person for all vendor relations and responsible for submitting Purchase Orders for approval and reconciling invoices to approved POs. Supervise/Assist special events, sales promotions and seasonal festival at various outlets. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekend and holidays. Since Callaway Resort & Gardens is Georgia's Authentic Outdoor Resort, a majority of the individual's time during special events will be spent outdoors and traveling the resort via golf cart. Must be at least 18 year of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
