• Appliance repair company is looking for a full time part time office administrative assistant /Receptionist. We are looking for someone with experience with excel and office for scheduling appointments answering phones data entry following up with accounts as well. Hours will be full time will be M thru F 9 to 4 .We offer one weeks paid vacation after one year 2 weeks after 2 years paid holidays .Please have experience with excel office we use theses on a daily basis in are office as well as spread sheets this is one main thing that is required pay depending upon experience. We need team players .
• Microsoft office excel experience.
• Scheduling appointments.
