Job description
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our tax and accounting practice at our Port Jefferson office.
The primary responsibility is to monitor client portal and documents. Must be proficient on computer and Microsoft Programs.

  • Enter client information into database and tax programs
  • Answering phone-calls and making client appointments
  • Additional administrative tasks to support busy CPA firm

Qualifications:
  • Prior CPA firm experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
