The Lewiston mill is the largest of Clearwater Paper’s facilities, producing both paperboard and tissue product, and boasting over 1200 talented employees. Approximately two hours away from Clearwater Paper’s headquarters in Spokane, Washington, the Lewiston paper mill is a key component in Clearwater Paper’s business strategy. What you will do

  • Office Support
  • Serve as the Resource Center for the department.
  • Manage and monitor office supply acquisitions.
  • Maintain office equipment.
  • Administer and maintain mail system, including sorting and distributing mail.
  • Process data entry, collection, queries and reports.
  • Organize and maintain effective filing systems and records.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

2. Scheduling

  • Schedule and organize meetings including calendars, appointments and meeting rooms.
  • Develop and maintain crew schedules for shift coverage, overtime, vacation, etc.
  • Schedule and track department’s leave time.
  • Schedules safety training as needed.
  • Schedule and maintain work order system.

3. Reporting

  • Process expense reports.
  • Timekeeping/Scheduling reports.
  • Daily, monthly and yearly maintenance reports.
  • Prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and lists.

4. Document Control

  • Organize and maintain effective filing systems and records.
  • Update, revise distribute and purge departmental documents.
  • Maintain department training documentation.
  • Maintain department personnel files.

5. Other duties

  • Liaison between Payroll and hourly maintenance employees.
  • New Hire Onboarding within department.
  • Mechanical Apprenticeship Support
    • Interview, proctor and score tests, track applicants, maintain program records
  • Electrical Apprenticeship Support
    • Track time, send reports to supervisors, maintain program records

What you will need

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associates degree in Office Administration or related discipline preferred.
  • Three to five years of office administration experience required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must have good organizational skills and be self-motivated and energetic.
  • Self-direction required with minimum supervision.
