THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an energetic and team-oriented candidate to join our Memphis-based team who has a demonstrated track record of success supporting technology solutions, process improvement ideas, and/or administering change management initiatives.

The UKG Dimensions System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the UKG Dimensions system, ensuring it is fully optimized, and effectively integrated with other software solutions within the organization. The role requires a deep understanding of UKG Dimensions, and the ability to effectively manage the system in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the UKG Dimensions system and ensuring it is fully optimized and configured to meet the organization’s needs
• Coordinating with Business, HR, and Payroll teams to identify process improvements and enhancements to the system, including gathering business and technical requirements and performing process modeling and redesign
• Configuring the system to meet specific business requirements
• Maintaining and updating complex CRTs
• Managing system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, communication, and implementation
• Providing technical support for UKG Dimensions users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Developing reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights into labor data
• Ensuring system security and data integrity are maintained
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the UKG Dimensions system is effectively integrated with other software solutions
• Provides leadership, technical guidance, and oversight
• Translates customer’s high-level requirements into functional specifications for IT developers
• Works well in a team environment communicating business and technical requirements to IT resources, business groups, and vendors.
• Learn and understand the overall systems landscape and the impact of changes to hardware or software
• Actively supports corporate efforts, policies, and protocols for Security, Information Protection, and Threat Protection

• Deep knowledge of the WFD system with a strong focus on Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduler, and complex CRT/integrations

Supervisory Responsibility

• No direct Supervisory responsibilities
• Mentoring and training of other employees

Physical Demands and/or Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. Largely a sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.

Travel

Overnight travel based on business needs, but generally less than 10%

Education, Certification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Proven experience as a UKG Dimensions System Administrator, or leading implementations, with deep knowledge of the WFD system
• Dell Boomi Certification with UKG Integration certification a plus
• Experience with Office 365 applications
• Experience with HR and Payroll processes and software solutions
• Experience with technology installation and support
