Administrative Assistant Role
TWC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist our management teams with logistical tracking and financial tracking. It is important for this individual to fit our current team and structure well. TWC prides itself on creating a family like atmosphere and the dynamic of our team is vital in providing that.
Administrative Assistant Role
The role of the Admin Assistant is primarily to assist with financial tracking, project tracking, filing and maintaining notes and project details for the current management team. At TWC, we all wear many hats and are currently looking to hone our structure to be more effective and efficient. One of the areas we currently struggle is following up on closing out projects and taking the ball across the finish line financially. The Admin Assistant will help with these tasks and follow ups to ensure our success.

Key Job Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Financial project tracking
- Project completion tracking and follow-up
- Work with AP department on billing and invoicing, assist where needed
- Use TW Celcom’s project management system Buildertrend for tracking
- Small fleet management and tracking
- Timesheet verification with management
- Other administrative task that may be required
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, financial tracking, Administrative Assistant, or other relevant experience verifiable through references
- Thorough organizational skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others in a construction environment
- Must show strong customer skills, people skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must show strong computer skills including Microsoft office programs
- Must be willing to go through a background check, credit check and drug screening
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree relative to the job requirements preferred
